Welcome

The Vitamin D Association is working to support the dissemination of quality up-to-date evidence-based information relevant to the clinical aspects of Vitamin D and to promote quality discussion and decision making in this area. With the help of vitamin D experts around the world, we conduct our own continuing review and analysis of the evidence.

With the help of vitamin D experts around the world, we conduct our own continuing review and analysis of the evidence. During 2011 we organised a series of conferences, which for the first time, brought many of the world's leading vitamin D scientists and clinicians together to share their work with medical professionals in the UK.

The Association is a project undertaken by Systems Biology Laboratory, funded by the Fischer Family Trust, which in turn is financed largely by charitable contributions from Alamy Ltd. The Association, the Trust, and Systems Biology Laboratory are entirely non-profit activities.

The Vitamin D Association, Systems Biology Laboratory, the Fischer Family Trust and Alamy Ltd have absolutely no links with and receive no support from any organisation with a commercial interest in anything connected to Vitamin D.
