Pregnant and breastfeeding women 400 IU/day (10 micrograms)
Infants (6 months to five years) 280-340 IU/day (7-8.5 micrograms)
People aged 65+ and those not exposed to much sunlight i.e. housebound 400 IU/day (10 micrograms)

Children 1-13 years 600 IU/day
Teens 14-18 years 600 IU/day
Adults 19-70 years 600 IU/day
